By accessing or using our website and engaging our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and AimTech Solution. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services Provided

AimTech Solution offers a range of technology services, including:

Web & Mobile Development
AI & ML Integration
Low-Code/No-Code Solutions
Cloud & CRM Solutions
Consulting and Managed Services

The specific scope of each project will be detailed in a separate Project Proposal or Statement of Work (SOW). If any conflict arises, the terms in the Project Agreement will take precedence.

3. Payment Terms

A. Fees and Invoicing

All fees are outlined in the Project Agreement. Payments may be milestone-based or hourly, and invoices are due within the agreed timeframe.

B. Late Payments

Overdue invoices may incur a late fee (e.g., 1.5% per month). AimTech Solution reserves the right to pause work until dues are cleared.

C. Deposits

Initial deposits or retainers are non-refundable and cover setup and resource allocation. See our Cancellation & Refunds Policy for more.

4. Client Responsibilities

Timely Information & Feedback: The client must provide accurate information and approvals on time.

Content Accuracy & Legality: The client is responsible for rights and legality of all materials provided.

Cooperation: The client must cooperate to ensure smooth project execution.

5. Project Deliverables & Acceptance

Deliverables will be defined in the Project Agreement. Clients have a review period (e.g., 7 business days) to approve or request changes. If no feedback is received, the deliverable is considered accepted.

6. Intellectual Property (IP)

A. Client IP: The client retains ownership of all content provided.

B. AimTech Solution IP: Upon full payment, IP rights for custom work are transferred to the client, while AimTech retains ownership of internal tools and frameworks.

C. Open Source & Third-Party IP: Projects may include open-source or licensed software governed by their respective licenses.

7. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation and refund terms are covered in the Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which is part of these Terms by reference.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all business and project information confidential. This obligation continues even after the agreement ends.

9. Warranties and Disclaimers

AimTech Solution provides services professionally and according to standards, but disclaims all other warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

AimTech Solution is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the total fees paid by the client for the specific services in the past 12 months.
